If you have not used Visivi before, this is a good place to start.

The name Visivi stands for Virtual Site Visits and was developed to reduce the number of site visits necessary in every day maintenance and monitoring of your assets. It tries to bring the most up to date visual state of the asset to your desktop or mobile device.

The system is written and maintained by RSK Orbital (part of the RSK Group), who offers support through support@visivi.com. Your own IT Support Team may also be able to help, but will usually defer to the RSK Orbital Support for most non-password-related issues.

The information contained in Visivi can be sensitive and so is protected behind a layer of security which requires Authentication to access. You will need a User Account to access Visivi. Each Visivi Project has a Project Owner which is usually someone inside the Organisation who owns the assets covered by the Visivi Project. The Project Owner is responsible for managing access to Visivi and can help with creating User Accounts. If you need access to a Visivi Project, you should have received an invite which will tell you who to contact to set up an account.
