New Features in Visivi 4
As part of the update to Visivi 4 we have developed a number of new features that we are excited to rollout. Below is a brief overview of the key new features with some short examples of how they function:
New Video Viewer
Videos are now available within Visivi, allowing users to flythrough assets and rapidly identify areas of interest or sites that may require further analysis:
Improved Image Previewing
The image card has been overhauled enabling users to identify images of interest quickly with the ability to:
Move the image card around the background mapping
Enlarge the image card to preview images in greater detail
Filter photos on the mapping to only show images from the same flight
Play through the images
Strafe back and forth through the images using a mouse scroll wheel
Images are now selected to preview by selecting a photo from the background mapping. These are highlighted as orange circles and when pressed the image card will open as shown in the video above.
Nearby Photo Index Refined
Alongside the updated image card nearby images from other surveys can be rapidly previewed and selected once in the full screen viewer. These can be further displayed side by side in our 2 image viewer:
Powerful Filter Tool
The filtering of datasets has been further developed to allow users to highlight recent surveys with pre-set date range filters. With advanced filters, users now also have the ability to highlight individual surveys and groups of surveys and save these filters for quick access in the future:
Big Bookmarking Abilities
Images and mapping bounds are now saveable as bookmarks. These can be grouped allowing users to store a collection of images to help document areas of interest and log changes at key sites:
Downloadable Imagery
Images can be downloaded directly from within the image viewer:

W3W and Google Maps Now Integrated
The inspect location tool now returns the What3words addresses for the inspected location, as well as a google maps link that will take the user to the area of interest when opened in an internet browser aiding site access assessment and location sharing in the field:
Users can also search for a W3W address in the search menu allowing users to quickly navigate to areas of interest:
Announcements
Announcements can now be created to inform users of key information. These can be viewed once closed from the announcements section of the side panel:
