Logging in with Visivi Auth
To access Visivi 4 and any associated apps you will first need to login to Visivi Auth as mentioned in the ‘Creating a Visivi Account’ page of this document. This is a centralised login system through which users will now access the project. This provides the option to login using SSO where implemented, as well as through the of use of individual user licences utilising usernames and passwords.
It is a very simple process, but as it is slightly different to our previous login method we have put the following document together to help assist newcomers to the system.
How do I login?
Go to https://visivi4.com - If it is your first time logging in or you have logged out of an old session you will be redirected to https://auth.visivi4.com/ and be presented with the following page:

SSO
If your organisation utilises SSO such as Microsoft Entra-ID it may be possible for users to access using their organisational login credentials. This is not enabled by default and requires support from individual organisations IT support to implement but is a straightforward process to setup. If your organisation has SSO login enabled you can access Visivi by selecting the Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) panel at the top of the Visivi Auth homepage:

This will redirect you to a Microsoft login page where you can login to Visivi Auth by entering your organisational login credentials. Once you are logged in you can access Visivi projects which is described below in the ‘How do I access Visivi?’ section of this guide.
Individual User Licences
If you are logging in using an individual user licence you will first need to verify your account. Following the creation of your account you will receive an email from authentication@noreply.visivi4.com with the subject title being Visivi Auth - Setup your Visivi Auth Account:

Verification email
If you don’t see this email or are awaiting it please check your junk/spam folder as the emails sometimes get filtered there on delivery. Select the ‘Confirm Account' button or link shown in the email and this will take you to the Visivi Auth Account Setup page:

Once you have confirmed valid login credentials you will be returned to the Visivi Auth homepage and receive an automated email informing you that your account has been activated. Select the ‘Login with Username/Email’ panel at the bottom of the Visivi Auth homepage and enter the credentials that you set in the previous step and you will be logged in:

How do I access Visivi?
Once you have logged in either via SSO or Individual User Licence you will be taken to the Visivi Auth Homepage. From here you can access Visivi4 from the Connected Apps section. You can also edit your profile information and change your password as well as set up multi-factor authentication for your login should you wish to further secure your accounts security:
